Our Process
Discovery
We will begin with a 1-2 week discovery phase, where we will define and shape the project. We will frame the problem, propose a solution and reduce risks by identifying all the unknowns and uncertainties early in the process.
By the end of this process, we will deliver a package consisting of the problem definition, implementation requirements, rough mockups and project boundaries. This package enables development and serves as a building blueprint.
Building
After approval of the discovery package, we will start the implementation, using it as the development blueprint.
During this phase, our primary focus is on creating tangible and demoable components early on. We strive for integrating developments in short and iterative periods, emphasizing the completion of one distinct scope or slice of the project at a time. This approach ensures a steady and demonstrable progression, allowing continuous evaluation and refinement.
Once the initial project is completed, you can decide if there should be another cycle of discovery and implementation, to explore and address new problems or improve the initial development.
